Yes. A Trust Deed is different to an IVA.
Trust Deeds are the nearest equivalent of an IVA for residents of Scotland. Whilst many similarities do exist, the individual Voluntary Arrangement as it’s more formerly known as, can only be used for residents of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
