The inhibition will remain in place if it has been lodged prior to the 60 day period before you signed your Trust Deed. Only a Sequestration will defeat an Inhibition. The inhibition has no effect unless the property is sold and will expire after 5 years unless it is renewed by the creditor before expiry.
