JOB CONTEXT
Harper McDermott Ltd, trading as Trust Deed Scotland, is the leading independent provider of debt solutions in Scotland, incorporated in June 2016 and based in Glasgow city centre.
We specialise in providing debt advice and administering the two most popular debt solutions in Scotland, namely Protected Trust Deeds and Debt Payment Plans under the Debt Arrangement Scheme.

We currently have vacancies for 2 full time Advice Support Administrators.
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The main role of the Advice Support Administrator will be to support our busy Debt Advice Team in all aspects of their work.
This will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks; verifying information provided by our customers and collated by our debt advisers, drafting of paperwork in preparation for our customers to apply for their chosen debt solutions, debt advice & fact finding calls with our customers, information gathering calls with creditors, including HMRC and local authorities, administrative tasks to support the management of our Advice team.
All tasks must be undertaken ensuring that the company’s focus on providing an excellent level of customer service is always maintained, with an emphasis on meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers and other stakeholders.
